DAL.MSS.146 Walker Brothers Real Estate Collection
This collection was donated after the closure of the Walker Brothers Century 21 Real Estate office in 2009. The collection primarily includes correspondence from and to Percy Walker in relation to real estate transactions. There are some papers that relate to Walker’s work with the Duxbury Rural & Historical Society and other local institutions.

The bulk of the collection includes the mortgages and deeds of clients in the early to mid-20th century.
